Switch the receipt printer off for 10 seconds and then back on again queued receipts should print
Please check the top of the printer to see which LED is flashing
Clear paper jam and close printer front-queued orders should now print
Check that the waste strip bin is in place and correct if not queued orders should now print
Replenish paper and ribbon
Restart LattePanda by unplugging the power supply, leaving off for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. Queued orders should now print.
Scan the correct barcode. Check that the correct barcode number is on the screen and tap on ‘Process’.
Restart device by switching off the power supply, leaving off for 10 seconds and switching it back on. Device should now revert to the correct page.
